## Minutes and Priorities for the coming week

Good call everyone! Here's a very brief summary since some people couldn't join:
1. Fundraise: Our estimate of 95%-5% Long-term Hodlers to traders ratio seems to correct so far. Will be important as we add liquidity on DEXes. Conversations with CEXes is coming along well. The question is getting the balance between risk and liquidity right, so we've been taking our time.
2. Comms to help Treasury as we roll out liquidity. Coordination doc for comms rollout is here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1yQ142I6JC14NYcPWX4KWWNmYchIC0bGJbZarOj_-Xx0/edit?usp=sharing. Apart from stuff mentioned, we may feature Product developments: things like Rep_playground etc.
3. Jean chatting with Michael tomorrow, and possibly others in the coming week to nail down the landscape of rep_interchange + marketplace. All of this will help us piece together the roadmap + timeline of dev (to be released soon)
4. Virtual retreat planned for 3rd week Jan. See nh-retreat channel for more. Mid-year in-person meeting also, hopefully. Jethro putting in place basic operations for smoother functioning.
