## Minutes and Priorities for the coming week
- Comms:
- Pablo working on video, to brainstorm with Emaline for a few Web3 things. Keep tabs on this through the #video-prod channel

- Sid working on article about NH fundraising model, will ping Emaline and Jethro for inputs/co-writing. This will serve as a doc that we can point people to when they ask we're fundraising the way we are
- WP to be broadcasted next week via Gitbook. Sid + Jethro to add in certain parts

- Private Sale + Dex listing:
- Total size of private sale: 1mn$. It's small-ish, so as to reward people in our network. That way there is demand when the token lists on Dexes. More will be explained through the article mentioned above.
- Conversations with investors has begun. If you'd like invite people you know who are cool, ping me or Jethro or Emaline. We're trying to figure out quotas across categories of people (existing investors + new people). Size of investment won't be a criteria for people we're inviting in personally.

- Entity formation slightly delayed due to tedious KYC process, but should be resolved soon
- 8-10 funder and team contracts worked on by Jethro/Antti either in finished, or almost-finished phase (yay Jethro!) These contracts will be sent to funders and shared with us soon. Can see it in the Google drive before then.
- Smart contract design: to begin in first week Nov. Debating between 'off the rack' contract and getting an agency to design it. Any connections to ERC20 developers is welcome.
- Treasury management: planning for this post fundraise and listing. We'll also begin putting down criteria which will guide the sale of our reserves over the next few years

- Product:
- NH now lives on Acorn
- Jean ran us through a basic demo of the trees that have been mapped currently
- Sparking a few thoughts for Sid on how Rep_lang and Rep_interchange will develop because of underlying platforms like Acorn, as opposed to other centralised softwares. (Potentially, easier for people to discover and work on forks at each stage of the process in the super-long-term?)

- Feel free to send it out (will be blasted out in a couple weeks from now)
- Discussion on allowing other 'value-measuring' systems to plug in to and play with ours. For eg, accounting systems for other kinds of work, not just dev-hours.
- Whether or not NH Marketplace is open-source to be decided later.

- Product:
- Discussions between Jean-Michael-Emaline in the past week. Another discussion b/w Jean-M-E-pospi-Sid to occur in coming week
- Update from MH: Rust playground: Raised a few issues with HC.
- wanting to develop front end also in rust
- Anything else Michael?

- Low code marketplace:
- Spectrum of Models: Ranges from Neighbourhoods commissioning them, to simple SAAS models to Kickstarter models for specific projects
- Initially we would have two kinds of projects:
- Building smaller widgets (claps/likes etc) which require fewer hours
- Larger ones that complement modular ones
- An important aspect here is whether communities continue owning the code, or is it handed over to commons in some way?
- @pospi thinks HC would require lesser 'maintenance' in comparison to other kinds of dev
- Discussions about this to continue in #marketplace channel
- Plan is to continue fleshing this out in parallel with product dev
