- Community Offering + DEX Listing:
- Companies registered: Say hello Neighbourhoods Network Ltd. Yay fundraise team
- Token price in Community Offering: 0.001$
- Token sale offered to our 'community' i.e. directed towards NH + Holochain communities
- Therefore, no screening at our end.
- Only Whitelisting + Signing agreement by clicking on website. Whitelisting will involve gathering some useful information about our community
- Whitelisting to begin as 19 Nov (?) Comms team and Fundraise team to speak to coordinate schedule
- Timestamps on Whitelisting determine the 'First come first serve' queue
- Signing of agreement and transfer of funds to begin 25 Nov (if all old agreements signed by then)
- Details of Smart Contract + DEX listing: whatever can be made available to be added into WP, and Medium article

- Holo team has been very forthcoming: coordinating with them so we can time our social media releases + joint article
- NHSalons to happen more frequently. Planning one in early next week with Paul D'aoust of Holo. Keep an eye on Discord
- Video coming along well, to be ready in time for more traction on social media. Expected end of next week
- @frugal working on Whitelisting page

- Product:
- Update on the conflict with pospi over the last couple months. This has been a tough, painful period for team members, and has involved difficult conversations within the group and one-on-one. We have now drawn boundaries/membranes that give us clarity and stability for the way forward. pospi will play a role (if any) as external collaborator/contributor. The specifics are not clear yet, but they will be outside the membrane of Team NH. This allows Jean to anchor Product with more clarity, and provides Michael a safe space create. The wounds are still raw, and we think the best way forward is to acknowledge their presence, even though we may not spend time having more conversations about them.
- This has been a challenging phase for me personally too. It has also shone light (to me) on some of my shortcomings. I commit to ensuring this leads to better guardrails, role clarity and escalation mechanisms in the months to come. Feel free to reach out to me if you would like to speak about this, or to other team members.
- Jean and Sid had a good conversation with Holo this week. Will help us map NH architecture onto Holo quite well in the coming months

- Creating a space for 'meet the team' on discord on Thursday/Fridays when we don't have a sync (@Moritz)

- Feel free to send it out (will be blasted out in a couple weeks from now)
- Discussion on allowing other 'value-measuring' systems to plug in to and play with ours. For eg, accounting systems for other kinds of work, not just dev-hours.
- Whether or not NH Marketplace is open-source to be decided later.

- Product:
- Discussions between Jean-Michael-Emaline in the past week. Another discussion b/w Jean-M-E-pospi-Sid to occur in coming week
- Update from MH: Rust playground: Raised a few issues with HC.
- wanting to develop front end also in rust
- Anything else Michael?

- Low code marketplace:
- Spectrum of Models: Ranges from Neighbourhoods commissioning them, to simple SAAS models to Kickstarter models for specific projects
- Initially we would have two kinds of projects:
- Building smaller widgets (claps/likes etc) which require fewer hours
- Larger ones that complement modular ones
- An important aspect here is whether communities continue owning the code, or is it handed over to commons in some way?
- @pospi thinks HC would require lesser 'maintenance' in comparison to other kinds of dev
- Discussions about this to continue in #marketplace channel
- Plan is to continue fleshing this out in parallel with product dev
