# An NFT marketplace for singers
Think of it like an instagram but for NFTs

#### **Features**
1. Users(NFT Buyers or sellers) will have a decentralised account where they can see their NFTs(minted/created, bought, sold)
2. They can follow each other as well, 😛
3. Example: singers will mint their NFT, their fans will bid for the nft(like an auction) and the highest bidder will get the NFT
4. Our revenue: we will take some % of the selling price. The rest will be given to the singer

#### **How different is the idea?**
1. It has been done many times already but the indian market is **untapped**. We will focus on singers in the begining.

#### **Major roadblocks?**
1. Don't have the skills to build the product(will take 1 month atleast for me to learn the basics if invested heavily)
2. Market research: Whether singers and fans would like to involve in NFTs or use our product? **Singers need to be approached and persuaded.**
3. Who holds the music rights for indian singers?(it's probably a messed area)
4. There are marketplaces which lets anyone create NFTs and sell them. Example, Opensea [https://opensea.io/explore-collections] and many others. **But we will be creating user centric type product**
5. This tech is not good at providing better UI/UX because it's still new and ... We would need/become a very good UI/UX designer

#### **Initial PLAN**
1. Research the indian singing market as well as explore Music NFT Projects that already exists. **Deep research needed**
2. Learning the tech needed to build the initial product.
3. We might need to build a community around music NFTs to spread awareness.
