_Share ongoing work, new releases, something cool you built on Nebari, upcoming conferences, and more!_
* Core team
* Nebari 2024.6.1 released! Updates include:
- Support for JupyterHub 5
- Support for jupyterlab-gallery, a JupyterLab gallery extension for presenting and downloading examples from remote repositories
- Option to generate an explicit config file with all exposed configuration fields
- Newer version of Grafana and the Prometheus stack
- Static Code Analysis using Trivy to identify vulnerabilities in our code base
- Progress in the permission system overhaul
- Bug and security fixes and general enhancements
* Deprecation of DigitalOcean
* Backup and Restore
* Ongoing discussion for Keycloak backup https://github.com/nebari-dev/nebari/issues/2519
* Temporary login workflow for new users, where backed-up users are "redirected" to a forgot-password flow.
* Separate endpoints for user and groups backups for example, where external groups can later be applied (offline checks)
* Credentials can be initially exported as a default/reset password -- explore the feasability of exporting the user passwords from DB directly
* Subsequent release 2024.7.1 will include conda-store updates
* JATIC
* Quartely demo in 1 week
* Wait till the demo is done to push lastest updates to the demo deployment
