## Updates and announcements

* Nebari `2024.12.1` first release candidate will be available on December 4th. Milestone items can be found https://github.com/nebari-dev/nebari/milestone/54
* Complete decomissioning of DO and moving to OpenTofu
* Enhancement re AWS encryption
* JHub Apps overrides settings in nebari-config.yaml (docs updated)
* Security improvemetns, warnings being addressed
* Python 3.13 support, need to update it in pyproject.toml (3.12 also seems to be missing)
* Planning Nebari `2024.12.2` release, current items are present in the respective milestone https://github.com/nebari-dev/nebari/milestone/51
