# EDU Team 27 MAY 2022

**Brief Summary**

- deleivered tl;dr NFT for NFT week town hall
- coordinated with NU YT channel team to handle tldr post production
- connected with Sherif and Funding team on grants revamp
- continued ideation and strategy re: Humans of NEAR storytelling project

**Results**
- each tldr improves upon the previous ones
- Meeting with NU YT team (along with some EDU members) to refine workflow
- Meeting with Funding second week of June about revamping grants
- storytelling project almost ready to launch

**Challenges & Blockers**
- unsure about licensing for images/graphics for use in tldrs
- sourcing graphics takes the most time (~75% of post-production.)
- very difficult to source royalty free graphics
- Post production management is not an easy job; it will be tough to establish a workflow with revision rounds, timelines, creative alignment, etc.
- anxious grants applicants feel ignored as we have been dealing with a backlog of applications for months

**Highlights/Wins**
- EDU office hours has slowly grown each week, and peaked to 9 people on Thursday.
- great feedback re: tldr so far, and my wife has been a wonderful stage manager and director.
