## NCD.L1v Interview Prep

The next step is for us to meet 1 on 1 for 60-90 minutes in the next week or two, at your convenience, for a code review to pass the `L1v` certification.

Any available day and time on the `L1v` calendar is fine to schedule an interview.

**Please DM me on Discord `@Sherif | NEAR#5201` to express your interested in interviewing for `L1v` and to receive a booking link.**

The code review will include either
- (a) your own project or
- (b) any other NEAR contract or project (my choice) to read, edit, test, deploy and discuss.

To earn the L1v certificate you must be able to demonstrate the skills we learned this week: reading, writing, testing and deploying contracts to the NEAR platform.

_This will NOT be some kind of tricky test where I try to confuse you. That's just bad teaching._

I will be asking you _exactly_ the kinds of questions you would expect if you only **look at what we did during this past week**.

If you are planning to "study for the test" somehow, I would recommend reading **all the code** in **all the projects** in the https://github.com/Learn-NEAR organization and **make sure you understand what it is doing**.

> Please understand that you will ONLY have **2 chances** to pass the `L1v` interview per **6 month period**.

> If you do not earn the `L1v` on your first try, you're welcome to try one more time. You have a total of 4 attempts per year to earn the certification.
