# EDU Team 2 JUNE 2022

**Brief Summary**

- met with NU YT team about tldr post production
- started dialogue with NF Funding about a better EDU grants workflow
- ideated about storytelling with Humans of NEAR team
- connected with NYC NEAR community about local EDU workshops
- ideated with Ryan, Olga, and Shreyas about accountability and practicing better standards overall.

**Results**
- NU YT team delivered nothing they promised from previous meeting. After speaking with the tldr group, we agreed we don't have a lot of faith in this team producing quality post production assistance on tldr. I'm going to reach out to Chad Limon about post help instead
- Great meeting with the HofN group. Really excited about what Matt makes of it
- meeting with de facto leader of NYC NEAR group about her vision for NEAR education in the NYC area
- smaller groups to discuss greivances and team culture feel more productive. I would like to continue this experiment

**Challenges & Blockers**
- So many scripts to write for tldr, and it's not always clear whether I'm showing the bigger picture in some of these episodes.
- Need to establish some sort of script review to avoid issues with content further down the line.
- everything feels like it's moving so slowly. Is this good or bad?

**Action Items**
- meeting with Chad Limon about post production
- shooting 3-6 episodes of tldr this week.
- continue reviewing bakclog of grant applications
