## Brief Summary
The month of Nov is turning out to be a mega month for NEAR Certified Developer Programs. We already had 2 sucessful NCDs this week and another 9 NCDs are planned for the month.
This is contributing significantly to daily active devs. Our Nov 2 event alone brought in 40+ new dev in the ecosystem.
We also saw good traffic getting genrated for the ecosystem due to [stats.gallery](https://stats.gallery/) , [near.university](https://twitter.com/NEARedu), [near.academy](https://near.academy/) and [Near-in-Minutes](https://near-in-minutes.com/) outreach efforts.

Brief Summary
I missed the previous report, so this report is for both weeks. Made a lot of PM's work thinking, sketching, and coordinating current projects related to my current OKRs. This week was unsuccessful in terms of core design team building. The results are weak. I am going to proceed with the search. I wasted a lot of time in talent searching. Feeling stressed due to the absence of sensible results. But I'm sure I'm doing right, and I should make it for the sake of growth and success of all Edu Team.
Results
- Figured out requirements for crucial roles of the internal design team
- Posted several job postings via Upwork and local job portals
- Came up with a clear understanding of the action for current goals that were foggy before, and the corresponding team to fulfill it
- Had a conversation with the professor at the University of Missouri about the educational program for adolescents
- Had a conversation with the Human Factors / Cognitive Psychology scientist that specialized in Blockchain and UX about a possible course outline
- Came up with a program outline for NCUX
- Hired and fired two designers
- Created a homepage for Job Portal subscription
- Discussed design issues and initiatives with NEAR Inc design team
Challenges & Blockers
- Feeling frustrated with unfulfilled ideas and tasks
- Hiring is not going well; competent people are rare
- Feeling deep stress because of the absence of the ability to fulfill the ideas; need to find people for the critical roles of the internal design team

# EDU Team 19 NOVEMBER 2021
Brief Summary
Migrated optimizations to NS AirTable base. Started rebuilding site using AirTable base as data source. Reaching out to artists about NEAR and web3 in general. Joined dev-rel's book club to help with learning. Met with Ozan and Hiba separately about what they are up to. Dived deeper into editing Sherif's technical docs.
Results
- NS still has a backlog, but the team is getting more savvy.
- Met with another animator friend about pushing NEAR with us through his craft
- Setting up a meeting with marketing after TG to discuss artist collaboration
- Purchased public speaking training materials to help me refine how I communicate about NEAR
- Reading Mastering Ethereum for the bookclub
- Committing to weekly chats with Ozan and Hiba to learn from them and hopefully help where I'm needed
- Sherif is very encouraging about my writing aptitude, and it helps learn
Challenges & Blockers
- I still have a lot to learn about managing. Around 70 hours go into NS a week among the 6 or so team members, and we are still behind.
- No bites from artists yet
- Need a little break from talking crypto every evening. My wife needs a break from hearing me talk crypto to our friends every evening. My friends need a little break from listneing to me talking crypto every evening.

Brief Summary
The week was all about supporting existing partnerships for better output as part of bi-monthly review and opening conversations on new leads. Apart from that working some admin things
Results
- Supported two partners in red to get back on track to deliver on milestones
- Finished v1 of the referral metric for edu programs and products
- Opened 3 new potential partners for lunch of bootcamp and marketing for edu programs
- Started looking for a SEO, GA and Dashboard vendor, got one proposal in for consideration
- Started search for a documentation and blog assistant (inly through referral network, interviewing one this week
- Secured a lead for a provincial govt partnership to train blockchain and provide jobs support to 1 M Youth in India in and around city of Hyderabad (still very early stage), having 1st meeting this week
- Secured a lead for a PE firm to lunch a incubation program for their 24 tech company's to start building on web-3 ( avg valuation of company around 50 M)
- Tested further use case of Monday.com as a PM tool and shared it with another team member for further testing
- Convinced 3 partners to promote NCD in their communities
- Got 1 new EiR proposal, offered 1 person EiR fellowship

- I spent sometime looking at JDH and I met with Cagatay and Ozan and discussed the project.
- Recorded a video about SputnikDAO2 for Nim.

- I feel a bit stuck on NimDAO and I am not sure about the future steps.
