* **number_of_calls_initiated** -> Customer tapped on a card / banner / etc AND granted permissions required. ( True intent )
* **call_acceptance_rate** -> Artist tapped accept button
* **call_connection_rate** -> Both artist and consumer could hear & see each other
* **call_connection_time** -> Difference in seconds between the customer tapping a card and the video & audio being visible.
* **call_duration** -> Difference in seconds between the advisor accepts the call and someone hangsup

## Questions
* **How are we doing on CPI?**
* We're doing worse, WoW - because
* We conducted several experiments that did not work. ( Facebook Story campaigns )

* **How are we doing on installs?**
* We're doing worse ( ~19% lesser WoW ) - because

* **How are we doing on number_of_calls_initiated?**
* We're doing better WoW ( 200% ) but we have had a drop in the last two days - because
* The campaigns were shut off for a while, and the top of the funnel has shrunk
* **How are we doing on call_connection_rate?**
* We still do not have events for video and audio play
* WoW we have gone down from 36% to 24% - because:
* Primarily impacted because of sat - sun failed assignments. In the last two days, we've come back to 53% connected calls.
* **How are we doing on call_connection_time?**
* We have a drop of 1 second, primarily because of difference in artist response speeds. We have not made any changes here.
* **How are we doing on call_duration?**
* 0 calls more than 120s
* 15 calls were connected yesterday. Harshit & Kritika to call artists and investigate.

## Open Investigation:

* Calls don't ring long enough for artists to accept calls. We need to check if this is a bug. ETA: Tomorrow 1:00.
* Percentage of notifications that are never delivered to artists. ETA: Tomorrow 1:00
* Percentage of times artists attempt to accept a call but are unable to. ETA: Tomorrow 1:00
