## Definations

* **number_of_calls_initiated** -> Customer tapped on a card / banner / etc AND granted permissions required. ( True intent )
* **call_acceptance_rate** -> Artist tapped accept button
* **call_connection_rate** -> Both artist and consumer could hear & see each other
* **call_connection_time** -> Difference in seconds between the customer tapping a card and the video & audio being visible.
* **call_duration** -> Difference in seconds between the advisor accepts the call and someone hangsup

## Questions
* **How are we doing on installs?**
* We're doing worse ( 36% lesser ) - because
* Sudhanshu had experimented with stories on Sat - Sun ( went live on Fri night ), and since the CPI was high.
* **How are we doing on number_of_calls_initiated?**
* We're doing worse - because
* We had 36% lesser installs compared to the last two days, hence we also had 38% lesser calls initiated. We believe the lower install rate is a direct cause.
* **How are we doing on call_acceptance_rate?**
* We're doing worse - because
* Rate of customers abandoning call spiked to (0.53 and 0.47), used to be around 0.04.
* Why -
* We could only find one online Artist - Shehnaz. She was letting calls go to missed calls, and customers were hence abandoning calls.
* A very high number of calls are now being blocked.
* **How are we dping on call_connection_rate?**

## Open Investigation:

* Calls don't ring long enough for artists to accept calls. We need to check if this is a bug. ETA: Tomorrow 1:00.
* Percentage of notifications that are never delivered to artists. ETA: Tomorrow 1:00
* Percentage of times artists attempt to accept a call but are unable to. ETA: Tomorrow 1:00

## Propositions

* Start recording video calls, but will need to move away from P2P. Experiment for a day, starting tommorow.
* Move working hour bucket by an hour. We will try it for a week starting Wed. Kritika and Gouri to manage communication and changes.
