## Values Workshop
#### Time = 2 hrs
#### Attendees = Core Founding Team
#### Objective
(1) To articulate the mission, vision and values of Nala Dao
(2) To map how these 3 elements influence the "virtues" or applied values of Nala and,
(3) To map the domains of activity these virtues will be significant on a day to day basis.

These findings will form the basis of 'leadership' and process discussions to be developed which will guide how Nala will operate in a day-to-day fashion.

#### Note:
This workshop discussion forms a living document which will iterate and grow with Nala and will likely never be 'completed.'

#### Agenda:

(1) Check in - 5 mins

(2) Review individual values - 10 mins

(3) Map Mission of Nala [WHY does it exist?]- 15 mins

*Eg. We exist to radically disrupt defi markets and create equitable inclusive XYZ.*

(4) Map Vision of Nala [What is SUCCESS?]- 15 mins

*eg. We will move 2 Trillion USD into defi markets and include 50% more businesses from global south in derivatives markets*

(5) Map Values of Nala [ethics/ standards/ morals]- 30 mins

(6) Map Virtues or applied values [How does our behaviour reflect these values?] - 15 mins

(7) Discuss domains of influence where applied values will come to play - 15 mins
