# Robonomics IR remote with ESPHome: Home Assistant integration This article explain how to connect the Robonomics IR remote with ESPHome firmware to the Home Assistant. This article assumes that you already uploaded the ESPHome firmware on the IR remote. If no, refer to [previous article](https://hackmd.io/@nakata5321/HJNQmcIFp) first. ## Home assistant After uploading firmware to the Robonomics IR remote, it will automatically connect to your home Wi-Fi network.
