This questionnaire should take about 30-45 minutes of your time. The objectives are as follows: - Validate whether the content of the application is appropriate for the needs of the audience - Ensure that the navigation of the application is efficient and functional - Ensure that the presentation of the application is of quality and reflects the identity of the site Please put yourself in the user's position and be really objective. Give me as much feedback as possible. **Observations:** The tester is very objective in what he says. He seems strict and sure of himself. --- ## Qualitative testing **Positive feedback:** - Good concept, since there is no online moroccan perfumery yet. - The app is easy to use - The visual aspect is very attractive - Girly colors that stick to the concept. - Cash payment available. --- **Neutral feedback:** - Quality and variety of the products. --- **Negative feedback:** - The homepage is much too busy. - The prices are too high. - We can't read the text because of the white colour on the home page. --- **Learning & insights:** From that, I've learned that that my app has a nice concept, nice colors but the home page is maybe too busy. --- **Decisions & actions:** To iterate, I will lighten the home page and I will also darken the colours so that the writing is visible. ## Testcard #2 ## Pre-testing **Name:** Nejjar Houda. **Age:** 45 years old. **Occupation:** Business woman. **Context of the meeting (where, with who, etc.):** Home, as the tester is my mother. **Duration of the meeting:** 30mn. ## User scenarios testing **1st instruction** : In order to make sure that the WakeUp and MakeUp application works properly, we would like to invite you to take part in this user test. This questionnaire should take about 30-45 minutes of your time. The objectives are as follows: - Validate whether the content of the application is appropriate for the needs of the audience - Ensure that the navigation of the application is efficient and functional - Ensure that the presentation of the application is of quality and reflects the identity of the site Please put yourself in the user's position and be really objective. Give me as much feedback as possible. **Observations:** The tester is very reactive. She has no difficulty in giving her opinions and does not hesitate in her answers. --- ## Qualitative testing **Positive feedback:** - Very nice concept. - Nice design. - The colors are beautiful. - Online shopping --- **Neutral feedback:** - Quality and variety of the products. --- **Negative feedback:** - The homepage is much too busy. - No discount code. - We can't read the text because of the white colour on the home page. --- **Learning & insights:** From that, I've learned that that my app online shopping is Morocca is not a bad idea to start a new project but again, the home page is maybe too busy. I also learned that the discount is apparently important in this kind of e-commerce. --- **Decisions & actions:** To iterate, I will lighten the home page and I will also darken the colours so that the writing is visible.I will also try to add a discount code in my prototype. ## Testcard #3 ## Pre-testing **Name:** Rami Yahyaoui Meryem. **Age:** 19 years old. **Occupation:** College student. **Context of the meeting (where, with who, etc.):** Home, as the tester is my sister. **Duration of the meeting:** 35mn. ## User scenarios testing **1st instruction** : In order to make sure that the WakeUp and MakeUp application works properly, we would like to invite you to take part in this user test. This questionnaire should take about 30-45 minutes of your time. The objectives are as follows: - Validate whether the content of the application is appropriate for the needs of the audience - Ensure that the navigation of the application is efficient and functional - Ensure that the presentation of the application is of quality and reflects the identity of the site Please put yourself in the user's position and be really objective. Give me as much feedback as possible. **Observations:** The tester is very thoughtful. He is slow in his speech. However, his remarks are instructive. --- ## Qualitative testing **Positive feedback:** - Good concept, since there is no online moroccan perfumery yet and no variety of cosmetics brands in Morocco. - Very nice design. - Cash payment available as not everyone has a credit card. - Variety of products. --- **Neutral feedback:** - The prices. --- **Negative feedback:** - No tutorials. - No discount code. - We can't read the text because of the white colour on the home page (again...). --- **Learning & insights:** From that, I've learned that that my app has a nice concept and design but again, the handwriting on my homepage is illegible. There is no tutorials to show my (relatively young) users how to use the products, and again,no discount code. --- **Decisions & actions:** To iterate, I will lighten the home page and I will also darken the colours so that the writing is visible. I will try to add the discount code and the tutorials, but this is going to be a bit delicate as it's just a protoype. ## Testcard #4 ## Pre-testing **Name:** Moumni Yassmine. **Age:** 28 years old. **Occupation:** Bank employee. **Context of the meeting (where, with who, etc.):** Conferance call via Zoom. **Duration of the meeting:** 40mn. ## User scenarios testing **1st instruction** : In order to make sure that the WakeUp and MakeUp application works properly, we would like to invite you to take part in this user test. This questionnaire should take about 30-45 minutes of your time. The objectives are as follows: - Validate whether the content of the application is appropriate for the needs of the audience - Ensure that the navigation of the application is efficient and functional - Ensure that the presentation of the application is of quality and reflects the identity of the site Please put yourself in the user's position and be really objective. Give me as much feedback as possible. **Observations:** The tester responds instantly and is very responsive. --- ## Qualitative testing **Positive feedback:** - The good concept again, since there is no online moroccan perfumery yet and no variety of cosmetics brands in Morocco. - Cash payment available as not everyone has a credit card. --- **Neutral feedback:** - The design --- **Negative feedback:** - No low cost prodcts. - No promotional page. - High prices. - No chatbot --- **Learning & insights:** From that, I've learned again that that my app has a nice concept. The cash payement was a nice idea as it is rooted in the Moroccan culture --- **Decisions & actions:** To iterate, I will add some afordable products so that it's within everyone's reach. I will try to add a promotional page or a discount code which is apparently very important and a chatbot so the users can interact. ## Testcard #5 ## Pre-testing **Name:** Lahlou Ines. **Age:** 23 years old. **Occupation:** Lawyer student. **Context of the meeting (where, with who, etc.):** Conferance call via Zoom. **Duration of the meeting:** 35mn. ## User scenarios testing **1st instruction** : In order to make sure that the WakeUp and MakeUp application works properly, we would like to invite you to take part in this user test. This questionnaire should take about 30-45 minutes of your time. The objectives are as follows: - Validate whether the content of the application is appropriate for the needs of the audience - Ensure that the navigation of the application is efficient and functional - Ensure that the presentation of the application is of quality and reflects the identity of the site Please put yourself in the user's position and be really objective. Give me as much feedback as possible. **Observations:** The tester is very motivated and very reactive in view of his interest in the application. --- ## Qualitative testing **Positive feedback:** - Nice design. - Online shopping - Very nice brands available. - Cash payment available as not everyone has a credit card. - Beautiful colors. --- **Neutral feedback:** - The prices. --- **Negative feedback:** - No helpsections. - No products suggestions. - No customer opinions and ratings. - No promotional pages --- **Learning & insights:** From that, I've learned that online shopping is a recurring thing. The concept is brand new and can encourage people to buy cosmetics. Feedbacks shows that that my app has a nice design with beautiful girly colors. The negative feedback is that there is no helpsection for the users who have questions to ask. Also, there is no custumors opinions section so the users can't evaluate the quality of the products and the brands. --- **Decisions & actions:** To iterate, I will try to add the helpsection and the customer opinions section to interact with users and to let the users interact with each others. Adding suggested products can be a nice marketing strategy. N.B.: It's just a prototype and adding a lot of stuff can be unreachable. :::
