# nabunan's Terms of Service **My goal is to provide as smooth a commission process to you as possible.** To assist to that end, please read through my terms before filling in the commission form -- thank you! :pencil: ## :telescope: General Terms * **Commission content may be used by me for streaming and advertising:** Please be advised that the commission may be worked on in streams, and it may be used as commission samples in the future. If this is something you are not okay with, please let me know! * **The commissions will be delivered in digital form, not physical:** I do not offer physical delivery for commissions. ## :dollar: Payment Information * **Only PayPal will be accepted:** Payment is upfront in USD, and will be done through a PayPal invoice. * **The commission will be started upon receiving full payment:** If you change your mind, that's okay! Just make sure to let me know before paying the invoice. * **Optional Ko-fi tips:** If you liked your commission and want to give a tip, (1) thank you so much, I'm glad! and (2) you can buy me a [ko-fi](https://ko-fi.com/nabunan)! ## :coffee: Process & Delivery * **Commissions are not on a first come, first serve basis:** I like to work with clients that I feel would best fit my design style. * **Accepted clients will be reached out to via Discord or Twitter:** I'll send you a form for you to share your information and materials with me and then I'll send you a PayPal invoice upon completion of that form! * **Process time:** Process time depends on the complexity of the commission. Stream overlays will typically take from 7-14 days. * **Starting the commission:** The process time starts the moment I begin on your commission, after the invoice is paid. Once I get started on your commission, I'll let you know via Discord. * **Feel free to check in with me at any time:** I'll try to provide progress updates in a timely manner, but I will gladly touch base with you upon request! * **Delivery of commission:** The finished product will be delivered via a Google Drive folder containing transparent and sample PNGs, including a README of how to use the product. * **Free revisions for the first two (2) reviews:** If the commission is Skeb-style, the revisions are included as a courtesy, but no excessive revisions or third revision will be allowed. ## :speech_balloon: Usage & Copyright * **I have the right to use the commissions as examples:** I may use your commission to promote myself on social media and use in my future showcases and portfolio. However, if you'd like to keep your commission private or anonymous, please let me know! * **You are allowed to use the commission freely with credit:** Please make sure to credit me if used on social media! * **Unless otherwise specified, commissions are for personal use only:** If you'd like to pay for commercial use and use on stream, please make sure to mention it so we can talk about pricing and contracts. :::info :information_source: **However, stream overlays can be used for commercial usage without additional cost.** The cost for commercial usage is included in the overlay commission price. ::: ## :balloon: Cancellations & Refund Policy * **Cancellations can be made if:** The buyer cannot fulfill the invoice payment -- which is totally okay, just let me know! * **Refunds are not allowed:** I do not accept refunds unless something on my end prevents me from finishing on time, upon which I'll immediately provide a full refund via PayPal. --- If you'd like to go over anything else not covered here, please contact me on [Twitter](https://twitter.com/nabunaan) or Discord!
