# COVID-19 Response Act October 2020

## Part 1: Preliminary

### 1. Title

This Act may be cited as the COVID-19 Response Act October 2020.

### 2. Commencement

This Act comes into force as soon as it receives assent.

### 3. Purpose

This Act is to set out our response to COVID-19.

## Part 2: Alert levels

### 4. General alert level provisions

1) A 5-level system will be established.
2) These levels will (greater the number, harsher the restrictions) set out all regulations that everyone in New Pinkmania has to follow.
3) A change in alert levels will be decided on by cabinet.

### 5. Alert Level 1: Prepare

1) Business as usual.
2) Cabinet normal activity.
3) Education falacilities open.
4) Non-essential work open.
5) No risk of the virus.
6) Social distancing unecessary.
7) No limit on gatherings.
8) No lockdown.

### 6. Alert Level 2: Reduce

1) Business more strict.
2) Cabinet normal activity.
3) Education falacilities open.
4) Non-essential work open.
5) Some risk of the virus.
6) Social distancing necessary.
7) Limits of up to 100 at gatherings.
8) No lockdown.

### 7. Alert Level 3: Restrict

1) Business extremely strict.
2) Cabinet digital activity.
3) Education falacilities closed.
4) Non-essential work closed.
5) Major risk of the virus.
6) Social distancing required.
7) Limits of up to 3 bubbles.
8) Lockdown.

### 8. Alert Level 4: Eliminate

1) Business mostly shut down.
2) Cabinet digital activity.
3) Education falacilities closed.
4) Non-essential work closed.
5) Extremely major risk of the virus.
6) Social distancing enforced.
7) Stick to your bubble.
8) Lockdown.

### 9. Alert Level 5: Destroy

1) Everyone with the virus will be taken to an underground facility.
2) This facility will be separated into rooms where people can recover.
4) Cabinet on recess.
5) Educational facilities closed for everyone.
6) All work closed for everyone.
7) Virus is everywhere.
8) Social distancing of 5 metres even inside your bubble.
9) You are your bubble.
10) Isolation.
