This Act is to establish New Pinkmania's nuclear weapons.

## Part 2: Establishment of Ministry for Nuclear Weapons

### 4. General provisions for the ministry

1) The Ministry for Nuclear Weapons is to be established.
2) This Ministry is to oversee the nuclear weapons.

### 5. Responsibilities

1) Ordering strikes on other nations.
2) Generating 500 bombs per week.
3) Regulating usage.
4) Protecting the weapons.

## Part 3: Ordering a strike

### 6. Who can order a strike

1) Anyone in cabinet can order a strike.
2) Anyone in the Ministry for Nuclear Weapons can order a strike.
