# Complication Management Bill

### 1. Title

This Act may be cited as the Complication Management, Punishment and Resolution Act September 2020.

### 2. Commencement

This Act comes into force on the day of a vote.

### 3. Purpose

This Act is to remove complication from the Diamond Union.

### 4. Complication

1) Complication is defined as one of the following:
a) An inconvienience caused by a system that obstructs the life of Diamond Union members.
b) An inconvienience that makes processes more complicated then they have to be.
c) Things in the thread of the Diamond Union that turn away newcomers as they're "too confusing".

### 5. Noticing of Complication

1) Should any non-man-made complication be noticed-
a) The complication shall be reported to the Executive Branch.
b) The Executive Branch will take necessary actions to remove the complication within a week.
c) If the Executive Branch cannot solve the problem, it will be solved by the House of Representatives.
d) If the House of Representatives cannot solve the problem then measures will be taken to ensure that this issue does not happen again.

### 6. Man-Made Complication
1) Should a person create policies with intent for it to be complicated, they shall be punished.
a) This punishment will be decided by the Executive Branch.
