Setting up your workspace
You should have already received your laptop. If not, please let me know.
How We Work
- 📧 Email: We use Microsoft productivity tools, but mostly just for email and account management. Feel free to use the web client/PWA or the native app.
- 🎫 Jira: Please check if you can access the team's Jira board. See what we're working on currently.
- 🖌 Miro: This is where most of our collaboration takes place. You should already have received an invite. Feel free to browse through the existing boards. A lot of our topics are mapped out here.
- 💬 Slack: You should have gotten an invitation to your hear.com address to create a new user (once registered, ping me to add you to all channels)
- 📹 Zoom: Use your hear.com SSO to log in.
- 💻 GitHub: You should have received an email granting you access to our organization. Here are the repos that our team currently maintains.
- 🔓 AWS access: You can find the summary here
- 💻 Hear.com CLI: We have a tool called
swingthat we use to grant your local machine AWS access. Set up instructions for that can be found here.

Onboarding Ceremonies
You may have noticed that you have some meetings already scheduled in your calendar. Most of these are to get you familiar with our business and how our team works. There won't be a test at the end, but we do ask that you stay engaged to gain an understanding of our products and overall business goals.
