* It was challenging to get feedback, but now the project is moving - Onboarding call tomorrow on DAO structure, future deployments & using Snapshot
* 2nd invoice is sent out

#### Dystopia Labs (Ryan/Sydney)
* 07-12: Planning & preparation for January's kickoff

## Charter Review 🟡

#### Rigor Build (Will/Jeremy)
* **Finalising proposal** with client on token allocation adjustments
* 1% of token allocation for 12 months of service, split into 12 parts

## Open Leads [WIP] 🔴

#### Bounties DAO (Ryan)
* Drafted proposal & next step is to **review proposed charges & send to client**.

#### Nala DAO (Amos/Sydney)
* Discovery call done - help required on $10M fundraising, DAO setup, token design
* Next step is to **create Project Charter to send to Christina**

#### Rara Protocol (Yalor/Amos)
* Timeline seems to be January (not super rushed)
* Yalor as AM, Sydney & Will on execution, Amos on PM
* Next step is to **set up Next Steps call**

#### Diamond DAO (Ryan)
* Not super keen to take them on as clients currently as they are unclear on deliverables
* Next step is to **reschedule Discovery call** on Friday 11AM Central Time

#### Membership Model
* Currently focused on creating a clear & transparent path for membership
* How can we make it into a more formalised 'partnership' model?
* Potentially having a weekly structuring call, leading into an open-source resource for other investment DAOs

#### Scope of Community Onboarding
* ✅ Summoning the DAO, onboarding initial members & educating members on how DAOs works
* ❌ Managing the community, Discord, and growing the community
* Meta Guides (spin-off from MetaCartel Grantee Guides) could be a good answer to clients' other community management needs
