- how much interest paid? But everyone owns a piece, and the return is on revenue
- 8%-12% return - developers don't want to pay more than that, that matches those who would rather just put into the market
The property needs to be secured, there's always going to be a building sitting there to attach to the finance.
Now is the time to streamline and update the platform to allow for people to enter
