- Who should we make admin of the RigorDAO server.
- Proposition #1 we give the admin keys to wallet holding membership shares, and capital to a person of your choice, option #2 we process a new membership proposal to a person of your choice, so they can continue the activity of the DAO. If no one is selected in 14 days we'll send the keys back via Signal and allow you to proceed.

- Jeremy and Myself will process a proposal that will transfer the balance of the DAO into a Vault(minion) that allows for the funds to not be effected by our ragequit, which will happen in 9 days.

- Dan taking over Discord.
