Almost everything that's held is liquid ERC20s or its wrapped tokens in Rigor (like wrapped USDC)
* When Builder pays back then the Rigor protocol, pays back those wrapped tokens
* Legally there is not a lot of president to the DAO enforcedc the security of the DAO ( NOT a security)
* THE DAO WILL NOT get ownership of the land owned by the bowwers
* Borrowers escrow the land. If they don't pay back then the land
