## Objectives
**WhaleStreet in Q1/Q2 2022**
- Build out a team for WhaleStreet to execute the DAO's vision & roadmap
- Help WhaleStreet move into a Substrate parachain (main chain on ETH)

**Metapurse**
Past 1-2 years have been experimentation with a small group of people. Now, it's time to grow operational support to:
- Showcase acquired NFTs
- Manage/nurture accounts of invested companies / 200 partnered artists in Dreamverse
- Help Metapurse fulfil their role in WhaleStreet DAO
- Launch new projects

## Discussion
**What is the right structure for Metapurse?**
- Decentralised way to launch projects within a bigger organism
- Amazon: Startups within a big company
- Consensus: Nodes with developers & BD
- There will be some shared resources across different 'business units', as well as individual resources
- Platform & tooling: Sobol.io (with MetaFactory)

**What does Mystic Whales provide?**
- Token design, sales & liquidity provision
- Governance design

Vii has very clear idea on exactly what is needed with WS.

**Needs:**
- A lot of elements need human resources
- DAO/Community ops
- Templatize project scaling processes - have a plan for when smaller intiatives take a life of their own.

- pure conversations with artist, those are the sort of conversations and perspectives we will gain.

**Roadmap:**
A lot in pipeline, started preparing roadmap
- evolving into an open public DAO
- NFTs on polkadot - moving into a substrate chain - parachain - a whole new way to look at NFTs
- Keep experimenting with different chains - ETH capital city

### TWO @ metapurse
year and half of intense experimentation - some experiments sprouted limbs , hard to igrnore - 3 -4 people max per experiment. Have clarity on first pressing needs and then figure out what is required going forward - this will be the start and build on it.

- Overlap into whale street - responsibilities as members of that DAO

**Needs:**
- need more support for community, operations, comms.
- we havent take stock and figure out how to showcase them (NFT)
- DAO Ops - We havent nurtured the relationships in the DAO
- help bring all under the same umbrella and move the needle across the board
- Figure out a model that works - will take a hybrid approach, combination of program and portfolio management
- Decidated services for each program - individuals for each program

- We have close to 200 artists - and big operation expense and effort goes into it - led by brooke

**Organizational structure**
- optioon 1 amazon - aws services amazon prime music, video - teams operate as own startup with devs.
- little nodes each idea is broken down in devs and bd - consensus is financial services - what is the right structure to launch all diff projects?
- Similar to how you launch satelites - sounds like the various project are correlated but not dependent on one another.

**If we are coming together in partnership - what is best operational aopproach, not being just warm bodies?**

- We will show how to best optimize.
- Do a full audit, recognize the first initiaitves and set the roadmap
- Partnership will be multiyear
