- 12-01:
- DAO Operations will be starting soon
- MetaPurse operations are suspended because of internal re-organisation
- 15-12:
- Feedback from MWxWS call
- Create more constant communication via Discord
- Good to proceed in phases to figure out their goals, partnership model, etc. & re-assess as we go
- In the initial phases, we should focus more & increase the compensation, so we understand how they work.
- 08-12:
- No new updates. Meeting this week on strategic partnership
- 01-12:
- Creating org-chart for DAOs but the team is occupied for Art Basel
- Short Term: Need help with creating handbooks for different roles
- Long Term: Strong interest in bigger Mystic Whales involvement over next few years
- Good to have WhaleStreet as anchor client, but not fully affecting how we operate (as of now)
- Next Steps: We should schedule a 30-min call to introduce the team & align internally on our service offerings (now, future). After January, we can go into more in-depth Project Charter scoping.

- Call's supposed to be focused on being professional, explaining deliverables and handover
- Members ragequitting the DAO & preparing handover of DAO control over Signal
- 26-01:
- Discussing a pause of fundraising due to market turn, misaligned expectations on fundraising scope & no traction on pitches.
- Next Step: Discussion with Rigor on whether they want to continue with community building / DAO set up services to sustain the relationship
- 19-01:
- Fundraising: Create case study for DAO fundraising pitches. Target list are primarily developers from Rigor (VCs) & Sydney's leads
- DAO & Community: Materials completed last year. Next step is to focus on community onboarding, Safe Minion setup, channels & permissions setup, etc.
- 12-01:
- Individual DAO members will receive $50K equity individually / through their own companies
- Currently refining & familiarising with the pitch materials. So far it works better without crypto/Web3 terminology.
- Next week: 1-1 calls will begin
- 15-12:
- Onboarding materials completed & DAO members are ready to be onboarded. Roadmap for 2022 & seed round conversation to be started next
- 08-12:
- Submitted initial DAO onboarding materials. Launching DAO & creating user guide for new members next week
- 01-12:
- Good progress - creating of onboarding flows
- Potential blocker (later on) is that they don't have enough investors in the pipeline for fundraising/onboarding
- We can help bootstrap pipeline for community fundraising

- 26-01:
- Intros made to Aave, Filecoin, Uniswap, Graph & are moving towards DAO introductions (which may lean towards token swaps)
- Index Coop: Interested but may prefer a token swap
- Challenge may be closing the accounts (tighter budget on events/marketing spend), but it is out of our scope
- 19-01:

- Outreach List: Blue (already connected with Dystopia), Green (good leads)
