MyData Taiwan 社群參與守則
MtData Taiwan 秉持 MyData Global 開放社群、人人皆能為個人數據自主權盡一份力的精神，致力於為社群中的每位成員提供更友善、開放的環境。我們相信每位參與社群活動的夥伴都值得被尊重，而我們會盡力提供最安全的環境，讓參與 MyData Taiwan 各項議題討論、發起活動的每位朋友能夠認識個體間的差異、在社群中相互扶助。
因此，若有幸能在 MyData Taiwan 社群與您見面，無論您是以個人、贊助商、工作人員、或講者身份參加活動，我們都希望您遵守以下的行為守則：
- 尊重每一位參與者，將對方的感受放在心上。
- 避免使用帶有侮辱、歧視、或具有潛在騷擾意涵的言語及手勢。
- 多關心周遭的社群夥伴，適度詢問對方是否需要協助。
- 當遭遇危險、或發現事情不對勁時，適時尋求工作人員的支援與協助。
以下的行為是不被社群所容忍的：
- 針對性別、性向、種族、外貌、宗教、年齡、身體狀況或個人身份的挑釁或冒犯。
- 任何形式的性騷擾、言語及肢體霸凌。
- 公開發表、展示或放映含有侮辱、歧視、仇恨、暴力、或性暗示的言論、影像或錄影。
- 無故干擾議程或活動的正常進行，無視工作人員或其他參與者的制止。
- 干擾、攻擊會場網路，未經同意側錄封包或散佈隱私資訊。
- 違反法律的行為。
為了確保每位參與者的安全，我們將恪守以上規則。違反行為準則的參與者，我們將採取必要且合理的手段予以介入，包含但不限於將參與者請離現場、自相關名冊除名或列為不受歡迎對象，或在必要時移送警察機關法辦。若您或他人遇到了以上情況、或是有任何其他顧慮，都請立即尋求 MyData Taiwan 工作人員的協助。
我們誠摯的邀請來到 MyData Taiwan 的朋友一同履行以上承諾，將 MyData Taiwan 打造為更友善、更溫暖的所在；讓每一位參與者，都能在社群的交流中共同成長。
合作與贊助守則
MyData Taiwan 為開放式社群，歡迎並鼓勵各式符合 MyData Taiwan 守護個人數據權精神，且不違反法律、公共秩序或善良風俗之合作與贊助。
贊助方案
- 成為 MyData Global 會員：可於加入 MyData Global 會員時，選擇將會費中的 50% 撥付給 MyData Taiwan Hub，會費將由 MyData Global 分發給 Taiwan Hub 作為組織營運之使用。贊助方可於 MyData Taiwan 官方網站露出標誌，並獲得社群媒體介紹文一篇。
- 專案贊助：專案發起方得依需求另行訂定贊助方案。唯各專案贊助仍須符合 MyData Taiwan 之創立宗旨與精神，專案發起方須避免接受有違法律、公共秩序或善良風俗之合作與贊助。

MyData Taiwan Code of Conduct
The goal of MyData Taiwan is to promote and advocate for everyone to have the right to control their own data in an open and friendly environment. We believe that everyone should be respected, and we are determined to offer the safest space for individuals to exchange ideas, support each other, and recognise the difference and worth of every person.
Therefore, all participants - including attendees, organisers, sponsors, speakers – are required to follow this code of conduct in the MyData Taiwan community:
- Be respectful and considerate to all the participants.
- Avoid any insulting, discriminating, or harassing languages and non-verbal behaviours.
- Ask if anyone needs help whenever suitable.
- If you are in danger or spot something that is not right, please report to members of staff for help and support.
We do not tolerate any of the following behaviours:
- Offensive behaviours targeting particular gender, sexual orientation, race, physical appearance, religion, age, or any other personal characteristics.
- Any form of sexual harassment, verbal or physical bullying.
- Publicly present or display any images or videos that are of insulting, discriminating, violent, or sexual nature.
- Interfere with the events or activities without a good reason and persist after being stopped by members of staff or other participants.
- Any illegal behaviours.
To ensure the safety of all participants, we require everyone to comply with these rules. If any of the rules are violated, the organisers will take any action they deem appropriate, including but not restricted to: expulsion of the offender from the event, barring from participation in future events, and reporting to the police when necessary. If you or others encounter any form of offence, or have any concerns, please ask members of staff for assistance immediately.
We sincerely welcome friends of MyData Taiwan to comply with this Code of Conduct, which will allow MyData Taiwan to offer a more friendly and warm space for every participant to grow together by exchanging ideas.
