Try   HackMD
  1. 點選FoundryMap / GetFoundryWaferID(圖一)
  2. 點選FoundryMap / GetFoundryMap，會在\172.28.128.120\Thinning\VIS\E142會產生text map及excel(圖二)
  3. 開啟text map將所有X換成0
  4. 開啟Excel，畫出Map,點選Sinf create按鈕產生sinf檔，c:\shot_map底下
