* Non-RT RIC :

Non Real-time RIC, a logical funtion within SMO.
Derives the content carried acrosss the A1 interface.

* O-Cloud :

Collection of physical infrastructure nodes that meed O-RAN's requirements to host -->
        the relevant O-RAN functions
        the supporting software components.
        the appropriate management and orchestrartion functions.
