## Introduction

The goal of the project is to create a prototype which will allow users to tip artist during live events.

## Workflow

In all our projects we propose an agile development process with weekly iterations. Typically we do weekly planning meetings with our clients and additionally regular status updates.

Following continuous delivery processes, we make sure that the current project status and progress can always be reviewed.
This helps us to constantly verify the product assumptions and to be able to quickly incorporate potential changes.

Part of our continuous delivery setup is automated software tests and dedicated end-user tests with a specialized QA team.

Typically we work in teams of 3-5 people which can change during the course of the project depending on the required skills.

To best share knowledge the whole team participates in every planning meeting but we have a dedicated project manager (who is also part of the development team) as the main contact for our clients.
