# yLocker Hosting Transfer

## goal
transfer hosting responsibilities for the yPrisma and yCrv locker apps from Marco to Mom team.

two github repos

- yprisma.yearn.fi
- ycrv.yearn.fi

## procedure
[ ] - Deploy marco's final work (Marco, Wavey)
[ ] - NO MORE CHANGES TO GIT
[ ] - Transfer ownership of ylockers-ui and ylockers-ui-ycrv github repos from https://github.com/MarcoWorms to https://github.com/yearn. (Marco, Facu\Major)

> No downtime expected. During and following transfer of repo ownership, the site's configured in Marco's vercel account will continue to function as normal. However we can't coordinate any git changes (bug fixes etc) until this procedure is complete.

[ ] - Transfer ownership of vercel projects (Marco, Major)
[ ] - Config vercel projects to point at repos under https://github.com/yearn (Major)
[ ] - IT'S OK TO CHANGE GIT AGAIN

## monorepo
as a part of the zap work to be completed by July 12, I will also rebase the monorepo with latest work + zap, make nessesary vercel changes, and deploy.

configuring mom's vercel projects for the monorepo looks like this,
### yprisma
[ ] - Vercel dashboard > settings > general > Root Directory, set to "packages/prisma"
[ ] - Redeploy

### ycrv
[ ] - Vercel dashboard > settings > git > Disconnect (from ylockers-ui-ycrv repo)
[ ] - "" > settings > git > Github.. (and connect to ylockers-ui repo)
[ ] - "" > settings > general > Root Directory, set to "packages/crv"
[ ] - Redeploy

> No downtime expected. During and following the monorepo reconfig the vercel apps will continue to function as normal.
