# EBK - DEPLOYING THE WEB APP 1. From the project's directory run `yarn build:web`, this step will update the content of the `build/` folder 2. Go to the Amazon s3 bucket for the web app: https://s3.console.aws.amazon.com/s3/buckets/energybillkill-web/?region=eu-west-1&tab=overview ![](https://i.imgur.com/uyudpsh.png) 3. Replace the contents of the s3 bucket, by the contents generated in the `build/` folder ![](https://i.imgur.com/7lzfUBO.png) 4. next, next, next, finish... 5. Go to CloudFront https://console.aws.amazon.com/cloudfront/home?region=eu-west-1# ![](https://i.imgur.com/oz7J9H3.png) 6. Click in the distribution ID and go to the invalidations column![](https://i.imgur.com/fZ9uVmS.png) 7. Create a new invalidation with the wildcard * and proceed to invalidate. ![](https://i.imgur.com/JGyiwg9.png) this step will delete the old cached version of the app from cloudfront, and retreive the new one, after a couple of minutes the app will be updated.
