* Rethink all our architecture
* Find security flaws
* Secure validator nodes
* Build general security guidelines
* Code in Rust
* Mentoring
* Work in the protocol / networking code
* Network security
* Involved with the Product layer
* Involved in writing specification documents
* Help in the interview process
* Look into the cryptographic side of things
* Happy to give talks / evangelization / etc (if you guys do that, some developers hate it, I enjoy it)
* Support other developers with devops/automation stuff
* Build tech demos / prototypes for new ideas
