## Products (ideas only)
- Invoice factoring (with AI-based risk profile analysis)
- Instant wage (why not being paid on a daily basis?) - here, I had a contact with Suez Group in France, that could be an "early adopter/early tester". Invoices are super sexy for bankers, as such financial assets are not yet under coercicive regulatory compliance.
- Decentralized wage portage on chain

## Note [Marc's thoughts :)]
- **Bootstraping step (6-8 months)** - It seems judicious if during the first 6-9 months, I work on "practical" implementation of the new Substrate-based chain, porting actual products to this new chain, like Tinlake, for instance. That will be a great way, for deeply learning Centrifuge's ecosystem and knowing the whole team (or various circles).

- **Applied research and development activities** - During the Bootstraping period, of course, ideas for improving the Centrifuge components (e.g. Tinlake, ...) while porting the latter to the new Substrate chain will emerge. Why not deciding on-the-fly and in a highly agile manner what to prioritize? I'm thinking about ZKP, for instance. At the begining (e.g. first year), applied R&D could be a part-time activity (like 20%), that must sustain business features first.

- Need some explanation on competitive landscape (e.g. balancer - programmable liquidity, ...)
