## Brief of "Common Voice" from Mozilla

1. 收集語音（錄音）collecting voice clips (**recording**)
2. 以 **CC0 授權** 釋出資料 release as **CC0 database**
3. 大眾**自由**使用（研究 / 開發） People **freely** use & hack (both in *price* & *license*)
- eg.,
- 語音辨識 speech-to-text
- 文字轉語音 text-to-speech
- 語音合成 voice synthesis (raise Miku?)
- 任何其他用途
