> * [Good] 很多人來，連接很多社群，讚讚讚
> * [Bad] 但是結果我們自己要辦 Mozilla-related 活動的空間減少很多 XD
> * [Bad] 另外也找不到好方法邀請大家貢獻

Irvin
> * [Bad] 無法每天開門時間
> * 在 Main Channel 會喊聲今天是否開門

Joanna
> * [Bad] 有點忙無法常出現

wcpan
> * [Bad] 離開辦公室的時候已經 8 點啦太晚無法參加
> * [Good] 辦公室其實沒有那麼自由，大概 9 點左右關冷氣啥的。這邊可以開很晚很晚的活動，所以其實不錯。

> * Web developer event 為主
> * [Good] 一些基礎的活動，例如 add-ons workshop 有成功帶人加入

RJ:
> * [Good] 地點很好, 交通方便
> * [Bad] 早上其實就無法開，所以也養不成大家隨便來的習慣
> * [Bad] 也沒有足夠的 keyholder 可以接所有活動

Peter
> * 大部分的觀點跟 wcpan 類似，我們並不是要與 MoCo 的 Space 競爭，而是可以互補
> * 舉 L10n Workshop 2017 為例，一開始想用社群的 Space 但地方不夠大，而改用公司的空間
> * 但還是遇到保全、人員、飲食等各種問題

* Grow Firefox
* 僱員十之八九都在做 Firefox
* 目前佔有率大概 15%，再往下掉可能推動某種骨牌效應萬劫不復 XD... 希望拉高
* Firefox 57 背水一戰 (炸)
* Grow new area
* Connected Device / WoT -> 新的軟體？
* 離線的語音辨識
* Grow Mozilla (NPO / OSS Project)
* 拓展 Mozilla 的品牌力量（終於 TMD 要做了啊 =.=）

B: 其實就比較 high level 的部分來說一切沒有變太多，跟之前都相似
G: 現在對於 Firefox 是更投入了，大概是這幾年來最投入的狀況，在時間跟精力上都承諾了更多資源

* 今年預算負責人轉移所以年初有更多關於 Community Space (下稱工寮) 的討論
* 過去都比較少宣傳工寮的功績
* 希望跟僱員有更多連結

* 技術推廣(看 Web 相關的東西，無論跟 Mozilla 有多少關係） | 技術宣傳(只看 Mozilla 相關的東西)

* Bob: 等下來問一下是不是所有僱員都這樣認知 XD...
* I doubt if MoCo has a practical Marketing Plans besides translating assets into Chinese for Taiwan Market...
