# **Motorworks Entertainment Game Rules**


#### **Welcome to the [Motorworks Entertainment](https://www.roblox.com/groups/5097335/Motorworks-Overdrive#!/about) in-game rules and help page! This page lists everything from how to report a user to what is and isn't allowed. With that being said, we hope you're able to find what you're looking for!**

> Want to report a player in the game for breaking any of our rules? Open a ticket in our [Communications server](https://discord.gg/Q8jQXN3bnK), if you're not already in it make sure to join by going to the socials tabs. In the server, Select **Moderation Request** and a staff member will handle your ticket in a timely manner. False reports can have your reporting privledges revoked.

> Looking to appeal a ban that you feel was done wrongfully or just because you want to be unbanned? pen a ticket in our [Communications server](https://discord.gg/Q8jQXN3bnK), if you're not already in it make sure to join by going to the socials tabs. In the server, select **Ban Appeals** and a staff member will review your ban appeal request.

#### **Failing to abide by any of the stated rules will result in punishment.**

| <span style="color:Green">Level 1 Violations</span> |
| -------- |
| **1a.** Blocking traffic/lanes intentionally OR driving in opposite lanes. Doing so repeatedly will lead to warnings and occasionally a kick from the server, except for role play;|
| **1b.** Harassment of any form against other players, including staff members, will be punishable by warning or kick. Repeatedly doing so may lead to a temporary ban;|
| **1c.** Spamming in-game chat will not be tolerated, punishable by warning or kick;|
| **1d.** Arguing with staff members over any rule broken rule will result in further action;|
| **1e.** Intentionally glitching vehicles, repeatedly doing so will result in a ban.|
| **1f.** Continually badgering staff members or development members when they're in-game, we're just trying to enjoy it like yourself as well.|

|<span style="color:orange">Level 2 Violations</span>|

|**2a.** Controversial content such as but not limited to: recreating tragic real life events, using items to create offensive images or riots/protests based on real life, punishment will be based on the severity of the actions;|
|**2b.** Advertising any type of group, server, club, etc.. in the game chat. Advertisements must be placed in designated areas around the map, exception to this rule is someone explaining what said advertisement is. Advertisements deemed inappropriate by staff will be removed and the user will be temporarily banned.|

|<span style="color:Red">Level 3 Violations</span>|
|---|
|**3a.** Exploiting or abusing vulnerabilities within the game will lead to a permanent ban;|
|**3b.** Bypassing the ROBLOX filter with malicious intent to send profane words or slurs;|
|**3c.** Content that includes but not limited to: NSFW Content (In chat or role plays), or Hate Speech;|
|**3d.** Bypassing a ban using an alternate account.|

> ##### **Note:** All consequences stated can have alternate punishments that are at the discretion of the moderator. These rules are only valid in Motorworks Entertainment games, the rules can and will differ in the Discord server.

> ##### **Additional Notes:** FRP (Fail Roleplay) will never be an enforceable rule in the main game as well as private servers. However, in extreme cases, moderation can and will carry out their duties by accepting reports from private servers that display blatant disregard for the rules, subject to **Level 2 violations** and above.
