# Morva Product Guide
## Investor
### Homepage
- At the home page the user can see a brief introduction to Morva.
- User can also go to the marketplace to view the properties.

### Sign Up
- User can sign up from the homepage.
- Click Register Now.
- Input email address and set password. Done!
- Go back to login page to sign in with the account just created.

### Set Up Profile
- After signing in, proceed to profile page by top right button.
- The default page is the Assets page. Proceed to the Settings page to fill up profile data. For now putting random data is fine, but for real product, this will be a complete KYC process.
- User can see the completed profile info.

### Connect Wallet
- With the Connect button, user can use MetaMask, Wallet Connect or Torus wallet of their choice.
- Users of MetaMask and Wallet Connect should be familiar with the process. Here we introduce the Torus wallet. User can register a wallet using its social account such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, Discord and more. User can also register with its email. Just follow the instructions and user can get the wallet set up.
- After the Torus wallet is connected, Torus logo will appear at the bottom left corner, allowing user to see further information about the wallet. And the button "Verify" appears.
- Click Verify and confirm the pop-up. The green check indicate the success of the verification and the wallet is completely set up.

### View Marketplace and Property
- Marketplace lists out all the properties and their information: address, projected IRR, projected CoC and tokens left for sale.
- Clicking into the property, user can further view its detailed information: photos, beds, baths, financials, etc.
- If user decides to purchase the token of this property, click the "INVEST" button.
- If user is not signed in, or profile is not set up, it will be redirected to the corresponding page before proceeding

### Purchase
- 3 types of payment methods are offered: credit card, cryptocurrency(USDC), or rental income reinvestment.
- How to get testing cryptocurrency (USDC):
- For testing purpose, user can go to https://test.morva.xyz/faucet to get testing USDC
- Connect the wallet as thestep mentioned above.
- Click "Give me some USDC".
- User will receive 1000 USDC in its wallet. (This is not real money, it's for testing purpose)
- User can go to the Assets page (https://test.morva.xyz/dashboard/asset) to verify its USDC balance.
- User selects the desired payment method and amount, then hit "Confirm".
- Pay with credit card
- User will be redirected to the credit card payment service provider page (Stripe) to provide information.
- For testing purpose, card number `4242 4242 4242 4242` can be used. Other fields can be filled randomly.
- Pay with cryptocurrency (USDC)
- There will be pop-ups from wallet for user to confirm the transaction.
- Pay with interest reinvestment
- The amount will be deducted directly from the user's rental income balance.
- After the payment succeeds, the "Confirm" button becomes "Claim"
- User click "Claim" and follows the wallet pop-ups to receive the house token in their wallet. When the process is completed, it proceed to a new page saying "Congratulations"
- If user forgot to claim the token here, it can also claim it later from the transaction history (See "History" section)

### Withdraw
- User goes back to the Assets page (https://test.morva.xyz/dashboard/asset). It can see the asset overview.
- By clicking the "Withdraw" button, user can withdraw the integer part of the accumulated balance to the wallet.

### History
- At the History page, user can see the transaction history including Purchase, Withdraw and Rental Income
- If user has unclaimed tokens, it can go to "Detail" and claim the token.

### Forgot Password
- Forgot password.
- Input the registered email and send verification email
- In the email contains the link that can be used to reset the password

## Admin
### Launch Property
- At the house admin page, admin can view the property data from a table and increase new ones.
- Fill in the necessary information.
- Another page to upload the house images.
- Every 5 minutes the system automatically scans the database and makes necessary deployments.
