## About me
Many friends have asked me, "How have you successfully become a mobile application development engineer and continued to improve yourself after you graduated from the Chinese Literature Department ?". Besides the training of the first four months at Systex, the most important thing for me is -- passion for exploring the unknown and active learning. I believe in not limiting myself.

After being in this industry, I realize that the improvement of one's **abilities** might influence others then lead the team toward ~~the~~ a better ~~stage~~ **performance**. This positive power is necessary ~~and that's what I'm acting, acting an motivated and Influential person~~ **and that's what I demonstrate; my behaviour shows a motivated and influencial person**. Simultaneously, I observed that if I can improve the working process ~~in~~ **of** the team this would bring huge benefits not only for the team but also for the company.

I really enjoy the sense of accomplishment that solving problem**s** and helping others **gives me**. Especially when communicating with people, I can use an understandable way to ~~illuminate~~ **highlight** the causes of problems, the solution of demand and the possible issue, all of these ~~let~~ **make** me feel motivated. Therefore, I spent most of my time ~~to~~ study**ing** how to analyze requirements and communicate with others ~~in these years~~.

In 2018, in order to analyze client's requirements more effective**ly**, I actively took the ORACLE's course OOAD. Because of the outstanding effort after the course and ~~I was~~ ~~appreciated~~ **the appreciation shown** by customers and colleagues, this course become a essential course for team members.

In 2020, due to the increasing projects and learning better project management experience, I took a course of project management then got the certification of PMP in July.

We are living in an era where rapidly changing technology is broadening people's horizons. I deeply believe in keeping an open mind, listening to different voices, learning different points of view and accepting new ideas in order to enrich my mind.

In team leadership, I uphold the same principles, because "A human being is a single being. Unique and unrepeatable.". I tend to, first, listen to their opinions; second, try to understand and discover their differences, and then lead them towards working together in an efficient and collaborative way.

I hope to combine my previous experience with AI, thus I **learned** the knowledge about AI on Coursera. The world is changing rapidly. There are many exciting developments in the future, such as AI. In recent years, the application of AI has penetrated into every corner of life. In the future, I believe it can make the world a better place.
