My Report Tab FAQs

This document covers some of the important details about the My Report tab in the course portal.

Important things to note

• This tab would only appear in your course portal if our grading script is able to locate at least one submission under your account.

  • This tab include:
    • Summary of your assignment submissions
    • Absence record
    • Course policies
    • This tab records the submission status (either complete, complete late, incomplete, or missing)

• The grading script runs at least twice in an hour. If you are sure that your accounts are correct and you still don't see your records in the My Report tab, please give it at least 6 hours for it to capture the submissions

Frequently Asked Questions

"I can't see the My Report tab on my course portal"

Please makes sure that you made at least 1 submission

"I made at least 1 submission but I the report tab is still not showing"

It might be that the accounts you used (email or Github) does not match with what we have so the grading script wasn't able to locate the submission. Please fill out this confirmation form. Our team will remap your account within 24-48 hours
