Prepend Your Name Some staff are given co-host access by the course coordinator because they need to move between breakout rooms. These are given automatically at the beginning of the class so you don’t need to request this. And if you’re not given co-host access, it means that you’re not required to have one. So in order for you to be recognized whether you need co-host access or not, you must rename yourself in Zoom. Prepend your role (Coach or TF) to your nameYou can change your name by going to Participants > Find your name and hover over it > Click on More > Rename See sample video here ➡️ For example: If you’re a Coach, your Zoom display name should be "Coach - John" Join Breakout Room If you are assigned to a specific breakout room, you just need to accept the invitation and click Join when the host opens the breakout rooms. But if you’re not assigned to a specific breakout room, you will see a prompt over the Breakout Rooms icon, asking you to Join a breakout room. See sample video here.
