- Need clearer expectations from tickets and phases of the project.
- Grooming meetings with entire team?
- Defining "done" for each ticket as a group
- Is this project ready for SDK developers?
- Don't know which APIs
- Setting up clientId for card and PayPal not figured out
- 3DS provider??
- Product level questions not answered
- Should we be making product decisions?
- What is expected from us at this point in the project?
- Why is JS not having these issues?
- Weird meeting schedule. Can we consolidate meeting times?
- Meetings scattered makes it hard to get head down dev time

## Solution Ideas

- More product direction
- Rahul providing this info? Nate? Rajul?
- Grooming meetings - asking for clarity for each ticket
- Consolidated pairs for northstar
- Too many folks on northstar without enough work for everyone
- Less cooks in the kitchen at once
- Less brain power wasted for folks to context switch b/w projects
- Merging teams - everyone is able to work on all SDKs (BT, PP, Northstar)
- Knowledge sharing now on the BT & Native XO SDK will be helpful for constructing Northstar together
- Also, we'll all likely need to be useful in each SDK at some point
- Gets everyone used to consistent pairing rotations
