# What drives you to work on this idea? Why are you interested in solving this problem? When working on our previous startups, we spent over 50% of our time writing emails to customers and VCs. We built Addy AI to solve that, and after launching, we realized that just like us, many people face the same problem. ChatGPT is a great start to solving this but it falls short for email especially with personalization, driving us to push the envelope in AI by training models for personalized email communication.
