# Interlinked Capital F&F Chia Farm Investment

## Chia-leaders Outline

This document is to outline the prospectus of buying in to a portion of the Chia Network Mining Farm in which Interlinked Capital has setup over the past few months.

We have valued the **Chia-leaders** allocation to the value of *$15,000 AUD*.
Individual contributions will be subject to the amount of participants in the raise. If all in this room are to participate, that will be *$1250 AUD* per person.

### What do you get?
- **Chia-leaders** will be allocated a 5% share of the farm that **Interlinked Capital** owns.
- Your investment will earn you *Chia (**XCH**) Coins*.
- **Chia-leaders** will earn 5% of coins farmed by **Interlinked Capital**
- Rewards will then be divided by the number of participants in this pool (*Twelve*)

### Fees and Distribution
- This is subject to group consensus of what is most appropriate/convenient, but looking to distribute XCH rewards monthly.
- **Interlinked Capital** will be taking a 2% management fee.

### Why the raise?
- We are looking to provide an opportunity for our friends to gain access to a project that we believe to be an extremely promising prospect.
- Just for context, it is currently being traded as IOU's on two shitcoin exchanges. Price has been shown as low as $1k USD and as high as $8k USD per XCH ***(Do note that this is an extremely speculative price)***.

- It is scheduled to be listed on a centralised exchange on 02/05/2021. We* hope* that the IOU values reflect what the price will be traded at, but it is better to ignore it until the official listing is made.

- We believe that Cryptocurrency and Blockchain technology is the way of the future. Most of you did not get the chance to get in early on Bitcoin and Ethereum to reap the benefits and this is one of the key drivers of wanting to share the love with you all.
- Will I make my money back?
- We have no idea. This is the most honest answer we can provide. Just realise that we have invested a few hundred thousand dollars into this mining farm and we are all in on this play.
- Will we scam you?
- No. Why the fuck would we scam you for $1250 each lol
