- [x] **A copy of the first page of your bank book or bank card (front & back)**
- [x] **A copy of the separation letter issued by your last employer** - you may send it to me after you have on board if you do not have it now

請到[Pre-employee access: Account Verification](https://www.redhat.com/en/jobs/pre-employment) 填入上一封信裡面重新設定的`PIN code` 及`Job ID` 以及 `email`
之後您會移至[workday](https://wd5.myworkday.com/wday/authgwy/redhat/login.htmld?redirect=n),並進行密碼設定,在onboard之前,都可以憑這組帳號密碼登入workday
請於workday中完成相關任務

## CSB(Corporate Standard Build)電腦申請

2. 有CSB的電腦,後面會免除較多設定

1. Mentor會帶您認識環境,會議室介紹,等等.....
2. 公司的門禁卡需要另外申請,請到櫃檯填寫表單,如果還不知道email,可以請歐姐幫忙查詢,門禁卡大約一天之後會拿到

7. 準備印製名片,提供以下資料給歐姐

### 設定Kerberos 帳號及密碼
1. 先找Manager or Mentor 取得`temporary token`
2. 設定VPN,若不是公司電腦

* 安裝 Tunnelblick
* 下載 [Tunnelblick設定檔](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cxCymKiykeSAmlkQLhe0orrbTRVJ_VIz/view?usp=sharing),目前是`20211217版本`,爾後`service now`開通後,請記得去下載最新設定檔
* 匯入設定檔 (可以一次全部匯入)

* 下載 [OpenVPN](https://openvpn.net/community-downloads/)
* 安裝 OpenVPN

3. 連線至VPN,可以從`Tokyo NRT`開始,帳號請輸入email prefix, ex:`kchang`,密碼請輸入`temporary token`
4. 當VPN連上後,進入[https://identity.corp.redhat.com/](https://identity.corp.redhat.com/) 修改`Kerberos Password` [(參考KB0000072)](https://redhat.service-now.com/help?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0000072)
Note: 新設定的 Kerberos 密碼可能需要等一段時間才會正式使用 "Your new Kerberos password should take effect in 45 minutes."

1. 下載 Authenticator Extension for Google Chrome Browser

b. 在瀏覽器右上角,可以看到瀏覽器外掛
2. (Optional)行動裝置下載Google Authenticator

* On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store
* In the App Store, search for Google Authenticator
* From the returned search results, install the Google Authenticator application

* On your Android device, open the Google Play Store
* Search for Google Authenticator
* From the search results, beside Google Authenticator, tap Install
3. 連線至VPN
4. [https://token.redhat.com/](https://token.redhat.com/) `username` 為你的email prefix,`Kerberos Password` 輸入剛剛設定完的`Kerberos Password`
5. 新增一組HOTP,若有多個裝置,則需申請多組
> 當2FA申請完後,之後除了[https://token.redhat.com/](https://token.redhat.com/),其餘大多服務需要 `PIN(Kerberos password)` + `TOKEN(2FA Token)`才能登入
### 登入ROVER APP (Dashboard)
1. 進入 [ROVER APP](https://rover.redhat.com/apps/)後,輸入 `username`, `PIN + Token`
