### Notes
:::spoiler
1. Community Management
- Clau is currently the community manager, more support would be welcome
- wait until we have the modulatised skills tracks
- website under re-construction
- think about solutions post March 2023
- bring the AI standards community into the Turing Commons
- are we capturing inbound interest? what info can we get from the Turing website and other individual microsites eg Turing Way netlify?
- GitHub engagement, workshop metrics
- identify suitable community event
- facilitator guidebook under construction
- Alternatives to Google Analytics (rec'd by Bastian): https://matomo.org/ and https://plausible.io/ are the ones i’ve seen recommended quite often. Matomo used to be called Piwik and has been around for ages (and a long long time ago I actually used piwik)
2. Recognising the UKRI courses
- for info only
4. Live events
- need new person to run the courses (RAM, Ethics fellow)
- design slidedecks with detailed speaker notes etc to support self-directed learning
- transfer Turing Commons to Carpentries (?)
- IUX developer soon to be approved
5. Case studies
- access via API, web development required to integrate the case studies with all else
6. OLE
- for now, treat the OLE as the only engagement-tracking platform and not the TC website
