- What should this project be called (as opposed to the fund)?

4) Immediate goal is to finish this proposal, create a deck from it, and then we can get it out via:

- Email individuals & create custom versions for potential funders
- Give everyone talking points

6) Who is the team - public facing coordination group
- Need photos & bios in the doc
- Question: are there areas of skill/experience we need to fill on the team, and if so, who, and what is our process for adding new people? What's the optimal size & composition of the core team?
- Admin! (Some ideas: meeting coordination, task follow-up, set up tools & permissions, track status of fundraising, partnerships, etc, create/edit/proof documentation)
