MISSION: Fork BuidlGuidl and use it to create a learning environment for MGD Fellows.
The MGD Fellowship program is an end-to-end program to recruit women from web2 and other industries, provide them with free, substantial education that will enable them to onboard to web3 with competence, pay them for this time, and provide job placement as well as introduction to grant pipelines and startup support. The mission is to bring women with relevant skills from adjacent industries to web3 quickly and effectively, providing a much-needed pipeline of skilled web3 workers who also happen to be women.
At the core of this program is a flexible, plug and play education environment that streams income to participants.
STREAMING INCOME
Income is streamed weekly for up to 4 months to participants from a grant fund
The streamed income in available for the user to withdraw upon completion of tasks. Task have a $ amount or points that represent an amount of money that is “invoiced” for the completion of the task.
The learner can withdraw up to the amount of funds available upon completion of tasks. So if let’s say they have $1000 available in their income account, and they completed three tasks worth $50 each, or $150 total, they can withdraw $150. The remaining balance of $850 is still available upon completion of other tasks.
