# MC Grants Show & Tell Format

## Shaping the format
- what are the most important data points / KPIs for presenters to share?
- what was their original goal and where are they now in relation to that goal? this question makes room for any pivots.
- should there be a host to guide the presentation?
a. no, doesn't matter as long as they touch on the data points
b. yes, create a specific flow that should be managed by the host
c. sorta, just someone to make them feel comfortable to get going and to gently help them come to a stop.
- what resources should the presenters be prepared with?
- does it matter who is representing the grantee project?
- should it be the most senior member(s) or doesn't matter?
- anyone who has the knowledge to answer questions on the spot
- should MC consider a method for requesting a pay-it-forward contribution?
- this is more so for older grantees who are now well established
- should these presentation lead to some sort of onboarding to encourage more participation in MC?
- should all data points be shared during the show and tell, or should a write up be included? maybe a simple form to complete?
- or someone can scribe...

### Data Points

- When did you receive a grant from MC? (specific date or general time period)
- What was the dollar value of the grant that your project received from MC?
- Did you receive any other grants or funding around that time? (Y/N)
- if so, do you mind sharing how much you received in total? (grants/investments)
- What specifically did the MC grant go towards? (smart contracts, design, frontend, backend, business dev etc.)
- Looking back, would you now consider the grant as vital for sustaining developments during that time period? (Y/N)
- Can you describe the impact (if any) the grant had on your project's success?
- What are some major roadblocks you have faced since receiving the grant, if any?
- Has your original goal(s) changed since receiving the grant? (Y/N)
- if so, in what way?
- Does your project have a native token?
- Describe how your project has grown since receiving the grant.
- Users/members/community
- TVL
- AUM
- Marketcap (shares, tokens, NFTs etc.)
- Revenue
- Profit margin
- Do you consider MetaCartel an important pillar in the Ethereum ecosystem?
- Would you consider paying it forward so MC can continue providing support to early stage projects?
