# Gitcoin Grants Guardian

## Overview

Each quarter we're met with a gargantuan goal from one of the pioneering members of the web3 ecosystem.

## Flow

1. Analyze the MC cart from the previous guardian
2. Gather one or a few carts for the current round
3. Share updated cart with members
4. Create updated cart as MetaCartel
5. Deliver updated cart on Townhall before grants round starts
6. Work with social team to promote the cart with members & the wider ecosystem

## Deliverable

- MetaCartel Cart for Matching Round {XX}
- Share cart in _Shots Fired_ when the round kicks off
- Tweets & Posts ready for daggers
- Schedule posts throughout round for extra visibility

## Momentum Strategy

Once the Guardian creates the cart members should help share the MC posts about the cart.
